I graduated from the Aveda Institute of Dallas in 2013 and went on to complete a two-year intensive apprenticeship under a cutting specialist at Songbird Society in Dallas, where I really fell in love with the art of cutting. Behind the chair, I’m known for giving the best blowout of your life, creating soft, lived-in razor cuts that grow out beautifully, and crafting natural, effortless color that feels like you, just a little more elevated. My vibe is very down-to-earth and easygoing, and I want every appointment to feel comfortable, collaborative, and fun.

I am a co-founder and co-owner of Crescent, a Madison-based salon I’ve been growing since 2018. After recently moving to Gallatin, I’m excited to begin offering pop-up appointments at Evergreen while continuing to run and work behind the chair at Crescent. When I’m not in the salon, I’m usually with my family—my husband and our daughter, Willie Golden—working in the garden, tending to our chickens, or heading out on our next camper adventure. That balance between work and home life is something I really value, and it naturally carries into the kind of hair I love to create—effortless, lived-in, and made for real life.
